Is is safety to remove MP part and reinstall when at that place is only one MP?

• Elementary SCCM set up up. All roles on one box. Having issues with my MP, want to reinstall it. But I am hesitant to remove MP function since there are about ten agents rolled out.

• You can do it. But the question is should y'all non endeavour to find what is wrong with the MP in the showtime place ?

  In my stance this should exist your last resort to remove the MP and install it again.

  if you install information technology back on the same machine nothing will change for the customer during the time the MP is downward they will just not communicate with the SITE (wont go software, policy and such).

• But wanted to practice an update on this. I got it to work. The issue was equally Joyce describes. The server has had wsus installed, and its wsus that loads the invalid dll reference. I tried running commands to make clean up the ApplicationHost.config file only was unsuccessful. So I had to remove all roles dependent on IIS (DP,MP) remove and reinstall IIS (brand new applicationhost.config file) and reinstall the roles. At present it looks similar everything works slap-up! On to the next problem :D
